The oprator training lasts 2 days and covers the following topics:

• Review of machine functional specifications using the process schematic and operations manual
• Review of Operations manual content:
  • System filling
  • System heating
  • Manual functions
  • Distillation tank (if equipped): normal operation mode, concentration mode, emptying after running concentration mode, filling after concentration mode, bringing machine to base position after concentration
  • Emptying the filters
  • Emptying the machine
  • Review of machine options: continuous oil discharge (if equipped), cyclone separator (if equipped), AquaClean (if equipped)
  • Automatic operation mode
  • Bringing machine back to base mode (reset position) in automatic and manual modes
  • Shutdown procedure
  • Vacuum Pump oil change schedule
